If I go to sleep before midnight I always wake up during ~ its probably because youre in that stage of sleep when youre the most awake there are different stages of sleep I think they total as like three hours roughly per cycle I forget where youre in deep sleep and then when youre in a lighter sleep sometimes I wake up when im in that lighter sleep
